  • extras are charged to the individual price of the cinema ticket according to the official price list
  • the family price of a cinema ticket is not valid for prerelease premiere screenings, Gold Class, Ultimate by Dolby Atmos and 4DX screenings, birthdays, school screenings, Spectacles, B2B and other organized screenings
  • when buying a family cinema ticket with the Stars Club 2x bonus card, no bonus points are recorded on the card
  • family cinema tickets can only be purchased at the CineStar box office and must be requested at the box office
