• A minimum of 5 participants, including accompanying persons, is required for the organization of a birthday celebration, or 11 people for a Gold Class birthday celebration.
• The request for organizing a birthday celebration must be filled out online or at the cinema – no later than 5 working days before the desired date of the celebration, or 7 working days before for Gold Class birthdays.
• The Customer Service confirms the celebration in the birthday room if the desired date is available.
• Do not fill out invitations until the official confirmation of the birthday celebration date.
• Due to the high demand from parents and limited availability, the request for a Gold Class birthday celebration must be filled out and submitted no later than 7 working days before the desired date of the celebration (the weekend before at the latest), so that we can reserve the desired date and room on time.
• An adult companion is mandatory and must supervise all guests for the entire duration of the birthday celebration. The adult companion must be with the children at all times.
• For better coordination and organization, it is necessary to arrive at the birthday celebration no later than 30 minutes before the start of the movie, or 10 minutes before the birthday celebration in the birthday room, if it takes place before the movie. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the same quality of service.
• Since the number of places and terms in the birthday room is limited, prior notice is required.
• The birthday price is not valid for premieres.
• CineStar reserves the right to change the prices of birthday packages.
• Bringing in food and drinks purchased outside the cinema is not allowed.
• The Privacy Statement describes how we use your data, what rights are guaranteed to you by the General Data Protection Regulation, and how to exercise them.

We kindly ask all visitors to abide by the house rules and respect the General terms and conditions of business, according to which:

It is not allowed to disturb other visitors during the screening.

Mobile phone sound must be turned off, and the use of any device capable of recording images or sound during the screening is not permitted.

After a warning, Blitz-CineStar staff may remove visitors from the screening without the right to a refund of the ticket price if:

• do not occupy seats that are not indicated on their cinema ticket
• disturb other visitors with their behavior during the film screening
• throw food scraps on the floor or in any way dirty or damage the premises or property
• bring food and/or drink purchased outside the premises of the CineStar multiplex into the premises, including the cinema halls, without the permission of the Blitz-CineStar staff
• Payment is made at the cinema box office after the celebration, and payment can be made in cash as well as with debit and credit cards. You can not collect membership points for birthday party.
