General terms and conditions for the use of Stars Membership

General provisions

  1. STARS memberships (Stars Club, Stars Club Plus) are issued Blitz-CineStar LLC, Magjistralja Prishtinë-Ferizaj, Km 10-të, Graçanicë, Unique ID number: 811930438 (hereinafter: Publisher). The membership holder is exclusively the Publisher. By using the membership and/or making a reservation and/or ordering a service and/or purchasing or otherwise acquiring a ticket to use the services of the Publisher (including all available sales channels), you accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use of Stars Membership (“General Terms”), as well as all other rules and terms of use of the Publisher’s services that apply at the time of use. If you do not agree with this, please do not use Stars Membership reserve or order services, or buy or otherwise acquire tickets to use the Publisher’s services. All other questions related to services, payment, and generally using the CineStar multiplex apply the valid rules at the time of use.
  2. The Publisher reserves the right to modify and/or supplement these General Terms at any time, and such changes take effect on the day of publication. By continuing to use Stars Membership, i.e. services after changing the General Terms, it will be considered that you accept such modified or supplemented General Terms. The Publisher advises you to check these General Terms before using any memberships, order, purchase or other use of the Publisher’s services to be informed of any changes.
  3. The user is obliged to use the membership conscientiously and only in accordance with these General Terms of Use. Membership can be used via website and iCineStar mobile application.
  4. Cash refund of any vouchers, coupons and promotions is not possible. Also, once exchanged vouchers can not be exchanged for another one.
  5. If the Publisher decides, for any reason, to withdraw the memberships from the existing Stars Membership or change the terms of use, the user will be allowed to use the current membership at least 1 month from the day the decision was made. The user will be notified of this possible decision via the Publisher’s website (www.cinestarcinemas-ks.eu).
  6. The publisher as the data controller collects and processes personal data of the Stars Membership users related to the issuance and use of memberships in accordance with applicable regulations and only for the purposes necessary to fulfill the rights based on memberships. Details related to the method of collecting and processing personal data and the rights of the users as data subjects and how to exercise them are prescribed in the Privacy Statement available on the website www.cinestarcinemas-ks.eu and at the cinema box office. Please familiarize yourself with its content before providing your personal data.
  7. Kosovo courts have the jurisdiction to settle possible disputes.

STARS CLUB MEMBERSHIPS

Issuing of Stars Club memberships

  1. The Stars Club membership (hereinafter referred to as the “membership”) can be issued to any adult person who becomes a member online. After online registration, the user will receive their corresponding membership number and QR code via email and/or website and aplication. Additionally, the user can download the iCineStar app on their mobile device, enter their mail and password, and the app will automatically generate a QR code. QR code can be used at the box office and the membership can be used freely online.
  2. The user of the membership is the holder or a person authorized by the holder to use it. The membership is issued only to the holder.
  3. The memebrship is protected by password of ate least 8 characters (one of each must be used; number, lower case letter, upper case letter and special character). For your protection and to prevent misuse of your membership by third parties, your password must be a more complex formation. We kindly ask that you do not use combinations of numbers in sequence, from smaller to larger and vice versa, equal numbers in sequence, phone numbers, dates of birth, or similar PINs that may contain personal information. Only the user is authorized to request a replacement password. The system will not allow you to change your password if it does not meet the security requirements.

Using the Stars Club memberships

  1. The memberships can be used only at CineStar Prishtine.
  2. The memebrship is used for purchasing products and services at the multiplex, both online (iCineStar app and website) and at the CineStar box offices, and in accordanse with the benefits mentioned later in these terms.
  3. The Stars Club membership user has the option of using the print@home service, i.e., printing the cinema ticket purchased online.
  4. The Stars Club membership can be used at the bar and in the Gold Class service.
  5. When purchasing cinema tickets on the website, through the iCineStar app or at the cinema box office, the user is required to show the QR code in order to benefit from membership.
  6. For security and to prevent abuse, the user or the person authorized by them must ensure that all transactions at the point of sale are carried out in their presence, and that any possible uncertainties or irregularities are immediately resolved.
  7. The Stars Club membership cannot be used while paying for „Your Private Cinema“ service, „Gaming halls“, „birthday parties“, „school screenings“, „group discounts“, and other organized visits.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS AND ITS BENEFITS

  1. To avoid any doubt, the issuer reserves the right to change the method of calculating bonuses stated in these General Terms and Conditions.
  2. A user needs a membership if he wants to use online services, such as buying tickets online and/or using the online shop. It is not possible to buy the tickets as a guest.
  3. If one does not want to be a registered member, tickets can be bought at the box office.
  4. You become a member automatically, only after online registration – Stars Club member.

Benefits of Stars Club membership

  1. Membership is free, you become a member automatically after registration.
  2. Members collect bonus points when purchasing tickets and products (online and box office).
  3. For every 1 € spent, members get 1 point.
  4. Points can be exchanged for various vouchers in the voucher shop, which can be exchanged for a specified product(s).
  5. Redeemed vouchers expire after 30 days.
  6. Points expire after one year.
  7. Every new member gets a welcome gift – 50 membership points.
  8. All members cak check their point balance and transactions via website or mobile app under My account.
  9. All members get a movie ticket discount during Stars Membership if there is one (discount may vary depending on the week).
  10. All members get a 10% discount at the Cinema BAR.
  11. Free weekly and occasional newsletter with the latest informatiom, promotions and new

Benefits of Stars Club PLUS membership

  1. Higher membership tier with more benefits. We award our loyal members!
  2. When a Stars Club users collects 200 points (cumulative) his membership is automatically upgraded to Stars Club PLUS membership.
  3. PLUS member gets a welcome gift after upgrade – 50 points.
  4. One can not become PLUS member as a new user, only after automatic upgrade from Stars Club membership.
  5. If a PLUS member does not make a transaction for 6 months, he is automatically downgraded to regular membership and needs to collect 200 points again in order for membership to be upgraded.
  6. PLUS members also collect bonus points, but for every 1 € spent, you get 1,5 point. Points can be exchanged for vouchers and coupons at the shop.
  7. Just like in regular membership, bonus point expire after 1 year and redeemed coupon expires after 30 days.
  8. PLUS members get EARLY BIRD benefit. For selected screenings, you can be among the first to buy the tickets.
  9. PLUS members get a free birthday gift (voucher for popcorn).
  10. PLUS members get reservation option and tickets can be picked up at least 30 minutes before the screening.
  11. All members get a movie ticket discount during Loyalty day, if there is one (discount may vary depending on the week).
  12. PLUS members get a 10% discount on birthday playroom.
  13. PLUS member can be invite to a special screenings only for PLUS members (and higher tiers, if they are existent).
  14. PLUS members get a special discount price for Loyalty Menu at the box office.
  15. All members get a 10% discount at the Cinema BAR.
  16. In addition to free weekly and occasional newsletter with the latest informatiom, promotions and new movies, PLUS members get special offers for its members with various discounts received through e-mail or push notifications on mobile app.

Membership cancellaton

  1. Everyone can cancel their membership under My Account information – Delete my Account.
  2. User data is then anonymized and account is deleted. For the erasure of all data from the system, feel free to contact us at dhë[email protected]
